Fire & Safety
Part of ensuring the security of any critical infrastructure is ensuring safety against fire. This includes detection of not only just fire but also smoke and hazardous gases, which can threaten both highly sensitive equipment and personnel.

Uninterruptible Power Supplies
While the primary role of any Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) is to provide short-term power in cases where the input power fails, most UPS units are also capable of protecting against some common utility problems.
Apart from simple power failure, protecting against issues from the power grid such as surge, sag and spikes, noise, frequency instabilities and harmonic distortion are important benefits of a UPS unit.
Al Fahad can provide both offline / standby UPS (SPS) units for basic applications requiring temporary battery backup and surge protection, line interactive devices, and hybrid (double conversion on demand) devices for maximum efficiency. We also offer central battery banks for large DC installations.
